Brian joins the firm as an experienced litigator and advisor. Brian has experience working at law firms, as well as most recently serving as Assistant General Counsel at a bank. Having worked in-house and at law firms gives Brian well-rounded practice experience and skills that will help guide contractors through all stages of construction projects. If litigation is required Brian has experience litigating files at all stages, including jury trial, and he will zealously advocate to obtain the best result for his clients.

Brian was born in raised in central Minnesota, and still resides there with his wife and daughter. Outside of the office, you can find Brian on the golf course, fishing, or cheering on one of his favorite sports teams.
