Article: Do What the Contract Says to Protect Your Rights
Projects are regularly under-designed, utilities rarely relocate their facilities on a timely basis, and contractors often encounter subsurface conditions that are different than those shown or anticipated. While contractors are limited in their ability to avoid these changes in the first place, there is one thing contractors can and should do to minimize the financial impact of these project changes – do what the contract says!
